Prepare the powder and the parts
Using a funnel for protein powder begins before opening the container. Keep the original powder packaging available for its identity, ingredients, directions, and storage instructions. Measure the intended amount with suitable equipment separately from the carrying accessory. This routine concerns handling dry powder; it does not set a supplement dose or advise when to use one.
Inspect the empty container, both caps, and the outlet for residue or visible damage. Begin with clean, dry parts. For the featured PEHADU design, the wide top is the filling opening and the smaller bottom opening is the exit. Confirm that the bottom cap is closed before adding powder through the top. Do not infer the number of scoops from the stated 50 ml volume.
Fill, identify, and close both ends
Add the separately measured dry powder without forcing it under the top cap. If it does not fit with the closure operating normally, use a more suitable container. Close both ends according to the product instructions and keep the contents identified. For two different powders or similar-looking containers, use a removable identifier that does not interfere with the closures, and retain the original product information.
The kit is pictured with rings and clips for attachment to a bag. That is a carrying feature, not an established load rating or a climbing use. Decide whether hanging it outside the bag exposes it to knocks, dirt, or a cap catching on something. The presence of two caps does not establish liquid tightness, a moisture barrier, or a defined storage life. Use the powder's own storage instructions when deciding whether carrying it this way is appropriate.
| Moment | Practical check | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|
| Before filling | Bottom cap closed; parts clean and dry | The container measures the amount |
| Before carrying | Both caps closed; contents identified | An airtight or liquid-tight seal |
| Before pouring | Bottle stable; outlet and cap accessible | A universal screw connection |
| Before refilling | Residue removed; parts inspected and dry | A fixed drying time or storage duration |
Control the transfer
A supplement funnel provides a directed path, but the receiving bottle still needs a stable position. Use the empty alignment check first. When ready to transfer, follow the product's sequence for positioning the outlet and removing the bottom cap. Keep the cap accounted for and the powder path clear. If the setup shifts or the opening is obstructed, stop rather than forcing powder through it.
Observe the inside afterward to see whether powder remains. The supplied materials do not establish transfer time, resistance to clogging, or complete emptying for every powder. Do not use an apparently empty container to calculate how much was delivered. Remove the funnel before closing and using the receiving bottle according to that bottle's instructions.
Clean the whole powder path
After using the powder funnel, inspect the wide opening, body, small outlet, cap recesses, and threads. The seller lists hand washing or dishwasher cleaning. The available instructions do not specify temperature, rack position, drying cycle, or whether every ring and clip shares the same care limits. Obtain those limits for the exact parts before choosing a machine cycle or a heat treatment.
Before the next fill, check that accessible residue is removed and the parts are dry. This is a practical recommendation for an accessory intended to carry dry powder, not a tested drying schedule or sanitation guarantee. No food-contact test report, BPA test, or long-term durability test was supplied. Keep any material-safety claims attributed to the seller and replace unsupported assumptions with the actual product instructions.
